Returns & Refunds


For all customers that are purchasing for Christmas gifts, you now have the option of opting for a gift receipt at the checkout. This will allow gift exchanges to be made up to January 31st 2018. This is for gifts only and will allow the recipient to exchange for another colour. If you are not purchasing for a gift, please use the below returns policy as a guide.

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will happily either refund your item(s) as long as you contact us within 21 days from the purchase date.

Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original sleeve packaging and, if a pure cashmere or silk infused cashmere pashmina shawl, the official Chyangra Pashmina Certified Label must also be included.

Pashminas & Wraps makes every effort to do vigorous and thorough quality checks before items are sent out to customers but if in the unfortunate circumstance a customer receives a faulty item we will happily replace this item for you or issue you with a full refund, including your postage costs.

We will refund postage on any faulty items up to the original value for us to send to the customer – this is dependent upon service chosen. Refund on postage is not included on any other type of return and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it arrives back to us in a secure and safe manner for a return/refund to be completed.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items that have not carried out the returns procedure. To start, please fill out the required form below. Once submitted we will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the next step for returning your item.
